Article 3: Help & Support

  1. DXS Grants the ability to require support for any type of situation regarding the services offered.

  2. The ways to request support are the following:

    1. Using the support tickets system;

    2. Using the support mail;

    3. Using any social marked as support way;

    4. If present, using any ModMail Bot.

  3. The ways to request support should be handled by the UISS, USF Council or the DXS Staff Team. If they answer a request they need to know the answer, without any doubt.

    1. The Member who assists in the request should be able to provide valid indications and use a tolerable tone towards others in the support platform.

    2. The support platform isn't a staff chat. If 2 or more staff members have to talk about something, even if it is related to the request, they should move to a staff-only channel.

    3. The Member who opened the request is authorized to ask to remove a member if they feel treated in a wrong way, the decision is still taken by a supervisor.

    4. The support member should warn the member who opened the request if they ping/mention/DM anyone from the team without previous authorisation.

  4. Abusing any support way may lead to a block from using them or a server punishment
