Article 2: Trust & Safety
DXS grants the security and integrity of services offered and of the UISS, all the guidelines are a part of the HDR (Honor, Dignity, Respect) Program.
The security Proceedings for the Main Discord Server are the following:
Enable The "2FA/MFA for moderation" option;
Enable essential AutoMod functions and moderation plugins to block any non-authorized invites, scam links or words. AutoMod plugins for swears/insults can be enabled for any reason or suspect by authorized members;
Community server functions "read rules" and "verify email";
Activity Alerts and Discord Messages in private channels;
Setup appropriate bots for the server safety and moderation;
Setup server logs (messages, automod, join, voice, channels, expressions, applications, tickets and any verification/access request);
NDA Request to members with potentially dangerous permissions.
The security proceedings for the Minecraft Servers are the following:
Moderation Plugins to permit basic moderation functions;
Discord chat and console controls;
Appropriate checks to the chats made by the staff team
When advertised, at least 1-2 staff members should be in the server
Reports should be handled through Discord Server only
Appeals should be handled through Discord Server or Support Mail
Password resets must be verified with any access request executed (which include verification) or/and IP address of past logins
The staff team is authorized to perform any checks on members to make sure noone is breaking the server rules this includes but not limited to:
Asking information about what the user is doing
Asking information about the user inventory
Asking information about the resources, buildings, etc.
if the user refuses to answer, the staff member is allowed to perform any actions they consider appropriate against the user.
